TRBM (https://app.vidhub.online) is a multi-user content creation platform that helps creators generate and publish AI-powered short-form videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information from our users when they use our platform and connect their social media accounts.

When a user connects a TikTok account or Facebook Page to TRBM, we collect and store the following data:

3. How We Use Your Information
Authentication — Maintain each user's TikTok connection session
Video Upload — Upload AI-generated videos to the user's TikTok account via video.upload
Video Publishing — Publish uploaded videos on TikTok via video.publish with user-specified settings
Facebook Page Selection — List Pages the user manages and let the user choose publishing destinations
Facebook Page Publishing — Publish Reels and related Page comments selected by the user
Facebook Page Analytics — Read post status, comments, and engagement metrics for connected Pages
Dashboard Display — Show the user's account name, connection status, and publishing history
Service Improvement — Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform for all users
Each user's data is isolated. We do not use one user's data to serve another user, and we do not use personal data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored in secured server-side databases and configuration storage. Security measures include:
Per-user token isolation (each user's tokens are stored separately and not shared)
Server-side token storage (tokens are never exposed to client-side code)
HTTPS encryption for all communications with TikTok APIs and our platform
Access restricted to authenticated server processes only
No data replication to third-party cloud services
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share users' personal information with any third parties. User data is only transmitted to:
TikTok API — For authentication and video publishing (as authorized by the user)
Meta Platform APIs — For Facebook authentication, Page selection, publishing, comments, and Page analytics (as authorized by the user)
YouTube API — Only if the user separately connects their YouTube account
AI Service Providers — For video generation (no personal user data is sent; only content prompts)
6. Data Retention & Deletion
User tokens are stored only as long as their account remains connected. To delete your data:
Disconnect your TikTok account from the dashboard — all tokens and associated data are immediately deleted
Facebook deletion request — use Facebook's Apps and Websites settings to request deletion; Facebook sends the request to our secure deletion callback and receives a confirmation code and status URL
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all user data within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
7. Children's Privacy
TRBM is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
All users have the right to:
Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion — Request deletion of your data at any time
Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
Withdraw Consent — Disconnect your account and revoke API access at any time
Revoke TikTok Access — Remove our app from your TikTok settings
9. International Users
TRBM is accessible to users worldwide. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data on our servers. We apply the same privacy protections to all users regardless of location.
