1. Service Description

TRBM (https://app.vidhub.online) is a multi-user content creation platform that empowers creators to generate short-form videos using artificial intelligence and publish them to social media platforms including YouTube and TikTok.

The platform provides the following services to registered users:

• AI Script Generation — Automatically generate engaging video scripts using AI models
• AI Image & Video Creation — Generate images and render short-form videos from scripts
• Audio Synthesis — Text-to-speech narration with multiple voice options
• Multi-Platform Publishing — Publish videos directly to users' connected TikTok and YouTube accounts
• Dashboard & Analytics — Track video production, scheduling, and publishing status

2. Eligibility

TRBM is available to content creators, businesses, and agencies worldwide. By using the service, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal authority to agree to these terms
• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies

3. User Accounts & Registration

Users access the platform through our web dashboard at https://app.vidhub.online. To use social media publishing features, users must connect their accounts via official OAuth flows:

• TikTok — OAuth 2.0 authorization via TikTok Login Kit
• YouTube — OAuth 2.0 authorization via Google APIs

Each user connects their own social media accounts. We do not share access tokens between users or publish content to accounts without explicit user authorization.

4. TikTok Integration

Our application integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to provide users with the following functionality:

• User Authentication — OAuth 2.0 login via TikTok (user.info.basic) to identify the connected account
• Video Upload — Upload AI-generated videos to the user's TikTok account (video.upload)
• Video Publishing — Publish uploaded videos on TikTok with user-specified captions and settings (video.publish)

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize TRBM to perform these actions on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time from the dashboard or from your TikTok Security Settings.

5. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content published to their social media accounts through our platform. Each user agrees to:

• Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Comply with TikTok API Terms of Service
• Not publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Not publish misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Properly disclose AI-generated content as required by platform policies
• Review all AI-generated content before publishing

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use TRBM to:

• Generate or distribute content that violates any laws or regulations
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Circumvent platform rate limits or abuse API quotas
• Share account credentials or access tokens with third parties

7. Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

8. Limitation of Liability

TRBM is not responsible for any content removal, account suspension, or other actions taken by TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms as a result of content published through our service. Users publish content at their own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your social media accounts from the dashboard. Upon disconnection, all associated tokens and session data are immediately deleted. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms or platform policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
